September 12, 2011 – LA Ink's Kat Von D Gets Her Piano "Inked" by KDF
Rockleigh, NJ (KDF) 9/12/11: Sephora in Times Square celebrated Fashion’s Night Out to kick off New York Fashion Week with a live performance by Kat Von D of LA Ink fame and Maja Ivarrson, singer for Swedish punk band The Sounds. The tattooed beauty accompanied Ivarrson on an equally beautiful Baldwin baby grand piano emblazoned with a charcoal drawing penned by Kat Von D herself. Graphics company KDF of Rockleigh, NJ made it happen.
Boasting a specialty in vehicle wraps, KDF was commissioned to apply the same vinyl wrapping techniques to Kat Von D’s personal piano for this special Fashion Week event. The KDF team wrapped the majestic instrument in ivory vinyl with raspberry and gold accents, showcasing a charcoal portrait by Kat Von D.
“Kat was so sweet and appreciative of the work we did,” says Stephen Hoey, President of KDF, who received an autographed photo of the finished piano from the reality star. “She even invited the crowd to come up and check out her piano after the performance; she was so proud of it.”

January 21, 2011 – KDF Supplies Signage for Snowboard Shop in a Snap
Rockleigh, NJ (KDF) 1/21/11: It seems everywhere you turn these days there's snow, snow, and more snow! The print shop at KDF Reprographics, Inc. in Rockleigh, NJ is no exception.
The large format graphics provider got their wintery fix when they recently supplied an array of signage to Orange County Snowboards of Middletown NY, which recently opened its second location onsite at Tuxedo Ridge Ski Area in Tuxedo, NY. The job which included numerous outdoor signs and in-store signage, as well as several mesh banners needed to be done in a jiffy.
"Orange County Snowboards came to us in the last days of December with this time-sensitive project," says Stephen Hoey, President of KDF. "January is officially advertised as 'Learn to Ski & Snowboard Month' on the ski area's website, so time was of the essence."
"Steve and the gang at KDF were a true pleasure to work with. They delivered everything I needed in an incredibly short time, " says Anthony Baggott, owner and partner at Orange Country Snowboards. "Steve provided me with proofs and made all the changes I requested right over the phone. Next thing I know, he called to say he was stopping by to drop off the signs. December 21, 2010 – KDF Installs Historic Photographic
Series at Palisades Center
Rockleigh, NJ (KDF) 12/21/10: KDF Reprographics, Inc. of
Rockleigh, NJ has just installed the first phase of a
two-part historical photographic exhibit called "A Snapshot
in Time -- Pictorial Moments in Rockland History", which
recently opened at the Palisades Center shopping mall. The
exhibit, created from photos held by the Historical Society
of Rockland County, depicts various aspects of life in the
area from the year 1880 through the 1960's.
Included in this first installation are the categories
titled "Transportation" and "Off-Beat". Phase two, scheduled
to be installed next year, will include the additional
categories "Sports", "4 Seasons", "Protect and Serve" and
"Disasters".
"This has been a rewarding project to work on, " said
Stephen Hoey, President of KDF , the large format color
graphics firm, based in Rockleigh, NJ that installed the
mural. "It gives you this voyeuristic glimpse into local
life across the span of almost a century."
LeeMarie Dell'Accio, Director of Marketing at the
Palisades Center, said "We are excited to be a part of this
exhibit, which gives everyone an opportunity to learn more
about early life in the community. I'm sure many visitors to
the Center will be interested in going up to see it".

Nike Stadium
Rockleigh, NJ (KDF) 12/15/10: KDF Reprographics, Inc. of
Rockleigh, NJ can now count the new NYC-based venue Nike
Stadium among its array of notable clients.
Nike Stadium bears the name of the popular athletic wear
brand, but it's not what you'd expect. In fact, it's not
even an actual stadium. Located in The Bowery, Nike Stadium
serves as a progressive forum for performers and artists,
and dubs itself "a space where stories are told and others
are written". Nike Stadium has six new locations in New
York, Berlin, London, Milan, Paris and Tokyo.
KDF created a wall mural for Nike Stadium's New York
location, comprised of a collection of small black and white
photographs. The photo mural was on display at a recent
poetry slam held at the venue.
"We're glad to be working with Nike Stadium," says

something entirely different for the Nike brand. We're

Blimps

In light of Breast Cancer Awareness Month,
KDF Reprographics, Inc. of Rockleigh, NJ reminds you that
efforts to raise breast cancer awareness are not limited to
the month of October. Opportunities to raise awareness are
offered year-round.
This July, KDF participated in the PA Breast Cancer
Coalition's "Take A Swing Against Breast Cancer" charity
home run derby as both sponsors and members of "Team
Thorne", who ultimately took second place in the derby.
For the charity event, KDF's wide-format color graphics
department designed and printed a banner for Team Thorne
emblazoned with the team's name and, of course--the famous
pink ribbon.
All money raised through the Home Run Derby allows the PA
Breast Cancer Coalition to continue supporting and serving
breast cancer survivors and their families in Pennsylvania.

Jets
KDF Reprographics, Inc. of Rockleigh, NJ is kicking off
the 2010-2011 NFL football season with their newest client,
The New York Jets.
KDF's wide-format color graphics department provides

Kushner's award winning play, Angels in America.

June 01, 2010 – KDF Wraps Bus for Columbia Pictures
KDF
Reprographics, Inc. of Rockleigh, NJ was recently chosen by
Columbia Pictures to
wrap
a bus for a film to be released in 2011.
KDF
was selected to wrap the 45’ MCI J4500 luxury coach
passenger bus which will be
featured
in a highly anticipated film due to be released sometime
next year. The project
was designed by
the graphics team working on the film and KDF was placed in
charge
of the printing and installation.
