Supported
Artwork Formats
· All artwork
should be submitted in vector or high
resolution raster formats.
· Vector:
PDF, EPS, AI (Adobe Illustrator), FS (FlexiSign)
· Raster:
PDF, TIFF, JPG, PSD
Note: For best printing results we recommend that the minimum
resolution of raster artwork should be no less than:
- 100 dpi at final
output size (1:1)
- 200 dpi at 1/2 scale
- 400 dpi at 1/4 scale
- 800 dpi at 1/8 scale
Artwork
Sizing & Bleed
· All
artwork should be submitted print ready
· Please
include at least 1” bleed around the artwork.
Note: for double sided banners that have to be hemmed or taped
please consider
that the color of the bleed should match the color of the reverse side of the
banner.
Pantone
PMS Solid Colors, Color Accuracy and Transparency
· All
of our equipment is calibrated to the industry color standards. Our equipment uses
the 6-ink CMYKlclm printing process.
· We do
not print with Pantone PMS solid color inks.
Please note that due to this there might be a slight color shift when
printing certain Pantone PMS solid colors.
· We accept
artwork in CMYK or RGB color spaces and their variations (sRGB,
AdobeRGB).
· For
best color accuracy please embed all color profiles with your artwork.
· For
the best results please flatten all transparencies in your artwork.
Layout
E-proofs and Media Proofs
Upon submitting your job you will be receiving an
e-mail with an e-proof PDF file with the layout of the job and the job details.
This e-proof is intended to be used for layout purposes only and it is not to
be used as a color proof.
Media proof can be requested at an additional
cost of $25.00 + S&H. The proof consists of a 12” strip of the actual media
with the printed artwork at final size.
In-house
Artwork Design or Modifications
In-house artwork design or any customer requested
modifications to submitted artwork will be billed at a fixed rate of $65.00 per
hour.
